By accessing and using JS DESIGNS HUB (“the Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Digital Products & Licensing
All CNC design files (STL, DXF, DWG, ArtCAM, Aspire) are digital products delivered electronically. Upon purchase:
- You receive a Commercial Use License to create and sell physical products made from our files.
- You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the digital files themselves.
- Files are for your business use only and cannot be transferred to third parties.
3. Instant Download & No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products:
- Files are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.
- No refunds or exchanges are provided once files are downloaded.
- Please review product descriptions and preview images carefully before purchase.
4. File Compatibility & Technical Support
We provide files compatible with industry-standard CNC software (ArtCAM, Aspire, VCarve, etc.). While we ensure quality:
- You are responsible for verifying compatibility with your specific machine and software version.
- Technical support is available via WhatsApp for file-related questions.
- We do not provide machine operation training or troubleshooting.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, files, and content on this site are the intellectual property of JS DESIGNS HUB and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Payment & Security
We use secure payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, etc.) to process transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
7. Custom Orders
Custom design requests are subject to separate agreements. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be confirmed before work begins. Custom orders require 50% advance payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
JS DESIGNS HUB is not liable for:
- Damage to materials, machines, or equipment during file use.
- Loss of profits or business interruption.
- Errors in production due to incorrect machine settings or operator error.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is used solely for order fulfillment and customer support.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
